Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Our bath and body products are made to order and require varying processing times to create. We work hard to create each item quickly while maintaining our overall product quality. The average time frame for product production is 2-5 business days.

All other products are listed as in stock and ready ship within 1-2 business days.

Orders will be shipped out when all product components are ready. A notification will be sent and a tracking number will be provided.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or duties that may apply. Please check with your countries import laws to see what your estimated duties may be.

We are not responsible for paying these and we will not pay your countries taxes as it is illegal for us to do so.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Please note we are located in Canada.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do accept limited returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours of purchase. Please contact us within the 48 hour time frame and we will be able to cancel or edit your order as required. 

 

Returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of delivery of your items. A refund will not be issued until we receive a tracking number to showing it has in fact been returned. If no tracking number has been issued the refund will not be sent until we received the item. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Damage caused by shipping will be partially refunded or replaced at our discretion and with photo proof of the damage. 

The following items can not be returned.

Any opened or used bath and body products. We will only accept unopened products with their original packaging. 

Cloth pads, wet bags, and pad hangers. We will not accept any returns on these items for obvious hygiene reasons.
